A healthy mind is dependent on a healthy body, the mind’s life-support systems. You’ll learn how to become more aware of your body, how to take better control of it.

We divide this subject into three inter-connected topics.

During May 2008 we are discussing ways to take better control of our diet, ensure it’s balanced anr well rounded, that it contains all the elements needed to nourish our brains.

During January 2009 we plan to discuss ways to increase our control over our body, shape it just by correcting posture, learn to encourage muscle growth.

Awareness

During September 2009 we plan to discuss ways to become more aware of our body, it’s signals and messages, to be able to reduce pain and increase pleasure.
